Denizli Ski Center holds the title of being the largest Ski Center in the Aegean Region.
Ski Center located in Nikfer District of Denizli’s Tavas district, in terms of transportation; Denizli city center is 90 km away, Izmir 280 km, Muğla Bodrum 260 km and Muğla center 130 km away.
In Denizli Ski Center, located on Bozdağ at an altitude of 2,420 meters in Nikfer District, the Lower Station is at 1,900 meters and the Upper Station is at 2,391 meters. The slope orientation (North – North West), the quality of the snow in terms of powder and crystal snow have appropriate criteria. It is in the transition zone between maritime and continental climate. The first snowfall begins in November and there is snow until May.
The 1st Stage Ski Area in Bozdağ is 487 hectares and there are 3 mechanical facility lines with a length of 3,950 meters and a total capacity of 2700 people/hour. While it serves amateur and professional skiers with two chairlifts, the longest of which is 1700 meters and the second of which is 1500 meters, and the third of which is a 700-meter teleski line, there is a 300-meter-long indoor walking band for beginners. In addition, the region is advantageous due to its low fog and low wind, and its topographic structure, snow type and retention feature provide a great advantage for snowboard lovers.
In addition to Denizli Ski Center, Cafe and Restaurant, which serve within the body of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality, parking is available for those who visit the ski center with their private vehicles.
